    Elden Ring is a game that I would gladly recommend to anyone who is into fantasy and action RPGs as it seems to offer quite a lot of depth and variety for its genre. It will not be the last turn-based RPG that you will ever play so if you had an urge to try something else, be sure to check this one out.

    Finally, one thing that I really like about this game is that there are no forced battles. Everything is resolved with dialogues as one would expect in a RPG and it helps create a more relaxed game experience. I, for one, feel that RPGs tend to get too bogged down with battles and while sometimes it can be done well, more often than not, this leads to a rather tiring experience for the gamer. Elden Ring clearly shows that fights and combat can be peacefully resolved in other ways.

    It is also worth noting that Elden Ring is a fantasy game, as were many previous RPGs so that may be a factor that appeals to some people. And, as I mentioned, there are no battles to speak of. You are, after all, playing an RPG, not playing a FPS game.
